Nice to meet you! My name is Barbara de Ligt. I came to Earth in 1984 and started my adventure in the Netherlands, where I currently live as well.
Creativity is very important to me. The soul wants to express itself, in whatever way... From the time I was little, I've loved to draw people, geometric shapes, buildings, worlds and maps. Without any education in arts, it's a challenge to create purely from the heart and to see what is manifesting there...
Currently I am studying art therapy and teaching, which increases my ability to share my passion, gifts and talents with you and to turn my tasks more towards working with children and education. My other study backgrounds are actually very different...They were part of the whole process of reaching a certain zero-point in my life where I remembered what I actually REALLY wanted to do... I studied cultures and languages (Japan(ese) in particular) and (business) communication. This background currently provides me with a good package of experience and living from whereout I can manifest all my bigger dreams...

The backgrounds of my artwork
'Kosmogaia' refers to the names of the two fairytale characters I created: Kosmo, a smart blue dog from space, and Gaia, the brave lionness from Earth. As you may have thought already, these characters represent Heaven and Earth. I am fascinated by the powers between Heaven and Earth. If these are balanced and connected, a clear portal between the two polarities exists and everything is experienced as One. We can manifest all our dreams on Earth. It is the Source of all Creation that lets all Heavenly thoughts being manifested on the Earth.
In my work, I focus on creating images that stimulate nice and beautiful feelings, in the first place for myself. My drawings and paintings are an expression of those feelings in me, that I would like to share, but they are also helping me to cultivate those feelings. After all, whatever you give attention to, will grow… The feelings or aspects I’d always like to feel growing inside myself are: love, happiness, sensuality, playfulness, warm security, purity, infinite clarity, self controlling and confidence, freedom…
My drawings are also a playful discovery towards infinite ‘perfect’ harmony, which is at the same time my growth process. I let go off or transform whatever which feels not harmonious in my life and focus on the opposite. This does not mean that I ignore whatever feels disharmonious or unpure. No! Whenever I sense such a feeling, I am aware of the fact that this contains a certain message for me to change something!
Harmonious forms and shapes are healing. We are built out of it (Golden Mean, sacred geometry etc.). These forms contain information for our sub consciousness, parts of ourselves that are sleeping. Whenever those parts resonate with the impression of the forms, they remember that they are still alive and start continuing their ‘original job’. When that happens, a purification process starts unfolding in ourselves which makes us growing. More of our heavenly spirit will be able to house in our earthly bodies.
My artworks also function as catalysts for whatever I’d like to manifest in my life. I draw and paint in order to speed up my own creation process. With that, it does not mean that I really ‘have’ to manifest or create that certain thing or that it really ‘has’ to be precisely like I’ve shown in my work. No, it is all about what I experience at the moment that I am creating the artwork, in the Now. By drawing or painting the outcome of my longings and wishes, in the most intensive and precise way, I intensify the feeling that it is already Here. And that is already enough. It makes me happy! What eventually will be manifested is another story… However, I am convinced that a very specific attention by the outcome of these kind of longings and wishes will increase the chance that its manifestation will be very nice.
Another theme that inspires me and guides me are, what I call "the Full Spectrum Rainbow Energies" that are increasing on Earth more and more. I follow this process ever more clearly. I see that we, humans, are ever becoming better at manifesting great and fast on different areas. We are not longer limited anymore to only one field of (self) exploration to become ‘good’ at, we can now become good at doing ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. This potential has actually always been there, but we collectively did not see it. Now, we will be able to see it! The only thing is that we cannot focus on everything at the same time, of course... Most effective is, when we fully focus on one thing at the same time. However, I feel that we will get better at switching our deep focus, if we 'need' or want to.
‘I see talent’ as an openness of multiple doorways inside yourself between the world of thoughts and imagination (Heaven) and practical reality (Earth), through which you can sense more and receive more information and which activates your brain more fully. A fully working brain is a mirror for your manifested Oneness on the Earth. It really means sensing more and more the Oneness at ALL levels of Reality / your Being. We can open more doorways inside ourselves by '‘Experiencing while being relaxed and focussed'’.
After that, it is just a matter of choosing where you want to put your attention to. You will eventually master that part where you put your attention and effort to. It will practically go by itself! Maybe it feels a bit odd or sick in the beginning, because you may go through blocks, but it will always be resolved. Nature is always purifying itself! The funniest part is maybe that you will become better not only on the specific field you are focussing on, but also on other fields…... By training one field, the other fields will be moved too, because everything is connected. You´ll become better on the whole field of life. You will find the secret of ´‘learning´ itself’ and so called ‘'talent’'...
I see more and more children being born with a more fully activated brain. They are children that naturally feel themselves at home with all 'colours' and (intuitively) understand their inter operation. I call them 'the children of the Full Spectrum Energies'. They are multi talented and will (practically) never say that they are not able to do something…...They will embrace perfectionism as an infinite border-crossing, free and playful journey. However, they are extremely sensitive and need a healthy and relaxing environment to develop themselves...
The information and images that I see in my 'minds eye' about this subject of evolution/ascension/transformation is being put into my artwork. Lately, I work a lot on 'The ‘Birth of the Rainbow Child’', as a series of drawings. Of course, I would be honored and happy to birth a child (minimum) once in my lifetime…... However, this theme is also a mirror for my own growth. I feel I've finally landed on the Earth / really being born! And there will be ever, infinitely more grounding...… With more and more grounding, we can receive more cosmic information and manifest our true Heaven on Earth. For me, there is no Here and There anymore. Everything is Here! The spirit world is Here. Heaven and Earth met.
